How the trolley works.
The shelf holds at most MAX; anything above MAX is the trolley — no separate count needed.
Order = (MAX + trolley target) − (stock on hand + incoming) + sales expected during the lead, rounded up to whole collos.
Incoming = units from an earlier order that arrive before this delivery (e.g. ordering Thursday for Monday: Wednesday's order lands Friday and is counted automatically when you download an order — editable per line). Netting against stock + pipeline means forecast errors self-correct and nothing is double-ordered.
